Important Notice
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as of November 2022, NMN is considered a drug under development and not a dietary supplement, and therefore cannot be legally sold as a dietary supplement in the United States. In other words, NMN is now illegal in the United States.

The FDA decided to restrict NMN as a dietary supplement for the following reasons:
Limited Scientific Evidence:
While preliminary research on the potential benefits of NMN has been promising, studies demonstrating effects in humans are still very limited.
Safety Concerns and Side Effects:
NMN is already considered a drug in development, meaning that there may be potential side effects or interactions with drugs that need to be thoroughly investigated.
The FDA aims to ensure that consumers are not exposed to unnecessary risks.
Quality Control:
The quality of NMN varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and at one point there were even incidents where more than 80% of the NMN on the market was fake. In order to ensure consumer safety, the FDA prohibited the sale of NMN as a dietary supplement, which is a best practice to eliminate unscrupulous traders.
Misleading Claims:
Some NMN supplement manufacturers, including those producing FDA-approved dietary supplements, make exaggerated or unproven claims about the benefits of their products. This may mislead consumers and put their health at risk.

In addition, NMN is also an illegal dietary supplement in many countries and will face legal problems if not licensed by the authorities. As a result, there have been cases in Taiwan where people have faced jail time and high fines for possessing iHealth NMN.
In order to ensure the safety and rights of all consumers at the legal and food safety levels, and not to continue to promote the distribution of a product that is illegal in the United States and many other countries, this website no longer provides consultation services related to iHealth and NMN.
